Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information AI Mind Rush, a brand of Crosby Road Nursery LLC (“we”, “us”), collects when you visit our website and how we use it.

Information we collect

  • Email address — only if you subscribe to our newsletter or submit a tool. We use it to send the newsletter or to contact you about your submission.
  • Tool submissions — the tool name, website and description you send us.
  • Upvotes — to allow one vote per visitor, we store a one-way, salted hash of your IP address (not the IP itself) for up to 90 days. Your browser also remembers which tools you upvoted using local storage.
  • Link clicks — we count how many times each tool’s “Visit” button is clicked. We do not record who clicked.
  • Server logs — our web host may keep standard logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for security.

Third-party services

  • Google Fonts and Google favicon service — used to display fonts and tool logos. Your browser connects to Google’s servers, which receive your IP address. See Google’s privacy policy.
  • Affiliate partners — when you click an affiliate link and visit another company’s site, that company may set cookies to credit us for the referral. Their privacy policies apply.
  • News headlines — our AI news section links to articles on other websites. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
  • Newsletter provider — if we use an email service (such as Beehiiv), your email address is stored with them to send the newsletter.

YouTube API Services

We publish videos to our own YouTube channels (AI Mind Rush, The Story Circle, Legends Untold, BlinkNewsGlobal, News Day Social, MY MUSIC HOPPER and PsychUnlockedMinds) with an internal tool that uses the YouTube API Services. By using or watching our YouTube content you are also agreeing to the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google’s handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.

The tool is used only by our company and only for channels we own. Through the YouTube API Services it uploads our own videos, adds captions from our own scripts, sets thumbnails, adds videos to our playlists and reads the view and subscriber counts of our own channels. It does not access, collect or store any information about viewers or other YouTube users, and it does not use cookies or tracking on your device. We store only our own video IDs and channel statistics on our own server for our internal reporting, and we do not share them with anyone.

The only Google account authorized for this tool is our own. Access can be revoked at any time on the Google security settings page at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions; when access is revoked, or on request to [email protected], we delete the stored tokens and any API data within 7 days.

Cookies

We use essential cookies/local storage only (for example, remembering that you dismissed the privacy notice and which tools you upvoted). We do not use advertising cookies. If we add analytics in the future, we will update this policy.

How we use information

To run the site, send the newsletter you asked for, review tool submissions, prevent spam and abuse, and understand which tools are popular. We do not sell your personal information.

Your choices and rights

You can unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in every email. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information by emailing [email protected]. Depending on where you live (for example the EU/UK under GDPR or California under CCPA/CPRA), you may have additional rights, and we will honor them.

Data retention

Newsletter emails are kept until you unsubscribe. Vote hashes expire after 90 days. Tool submission info is kept while the listing exists.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
